This is such a bad slow app. It lags a lot and whenever I try to do a transaction it keeps telling me to "You have changed your password or did consecutive ibft transactions Wait 1 hour before trying again blah blah" And after waiting not even for 1 hour but 4 days, the problem still persists and now my money is stuck and I can't even send someone's money to their account anymore. Worst experience ever, not just on their app but also their customer service because their number is always busy!

Horrible Impossible to register I did go to local branch they could not get help ask me to call a number on debit card which I did they could not help me either. I don't understand how this bank is functioning they have made everything rocket science for their customers. I have entered correct date of birth which I checked in their records but it kept on saying wrong date of birth. I gave up on it. Not worth to have an account with them.

A very bad update, seems like with every update they make this app impossible to use. This time they want to access our location, god knows better what they want to do with that illogical information. And even after that app doesn't seems to work, every time a pop-up shown mentioning "unable to access the location". Hire some sane programmers to fix issues and not to create them.
