The app crashes and I've been assigned drivers that are phantoms and never arrive requiring me to contact the support team. They say they will apply a credit but I havn't seen it. The drive itself goes smoothly. The drivers are friendly and safe on the road. The app will change your pickup location after you've been shown to meet the driver at another location and begin walking to that place. The A.I. they use will also place other rides in front of you requiring a need to cancel due to time.

Great service! Friendly and helpful drivers. One of the greatest things in my life, since I can't drive any longer.
