App is OK U.I lacking doesn't show you how to use app. also does not show your credit score. confirms scheduled payments, but has no place that shows your upcoming scheduled payments, so you just have to remember that you scheduled it to pay because it only gives you a notification AFTER the payment went through on the scheduled date, no way to know until then.EDIT: Developer said check payment outbox, but it shows nothing because they're credit card payments, not payments to pay-ees or e-bills

Not sure what's going on but I'm unable to login to my account via the app. It gives me an error that says "please enter a valid ID and password". My password is saved in my phone via Samsung Pass so my password and username are not incorrect. I can login via the website just fine. I think it's an app issue. Loved the last update and look of the app but I would like to access my checking and savings information. It has been a week.

Love the bank. App is just ok. It's nice to have the app for money transfers, monitoring your account, paying on credit, and you can even disable your debit cards if lost. My peave is the mobile deposit tends to crash alot. I often have keep retrying over and over and/or restarting my phone. (This is the second phone that's I've used with this app and it's done the same thing ) It's very annoying and I wish that would be fixed.
