The navigation is far from intuitive. I frequently get error messages that I can't set an appointment online and to try later. I've also gotten a message that my accounts at two different hospitals using Epic can't connect. I thought that was supposed to be a feature so my providers at one practice could see test results at the other practice. Not a fan of this system.

Not happy with this change at all! The old MSK portal was much more user-friendly. From the larger pass code numbers to the "important" information standing out, the old way was much better. When you needed to find things quickly with just a glance, the fonts/colors were much better before. And, unfortunately, none of the past messages populated. I now have no access to them... extremely bad! In summary, not a fan of the portal design. Wish we could go back...

It is harder to use than the older program and to find information applicable to me. It keeps sending me messages over and over. I just don't like the category names, for example, visits instead of appointments, etc.. I also hate the use of hieroglyphics instead of words, we have been out of the stone age for thousands of years.
