keeps deleting things from my list, and deleting whole lists I created. If I can't reliably keep track of my items, then what's the point? and it only ever occurred once I had compiled over 100 items already (the cap is 300, which is a bit small for a shopping app) sales end about 1.5-2 hours earlier than the timer displays. most of this occurred before the most recent update, so I'll give them one more shot, but then I'm done until they fix this. issue.

I was going to place an order, and it appears the app no longer offers PayPal at checkout. I tried using the website instead and had the same problem. I ended up going to the brands website and ordered the dress directly from them. Ordering from the brand was a mistake. Macy's offers quicker service and is easy to exchange! I regret doing this :(

Checkout declines payment, but CC says macys took money. I redo order, said my gift cards were zeroed out, which means the first order did go through. Called Macy's customer service, 8min hold, sent to survey. 2nd call, 10min hold, and the gentlemen, who was pleasant, couldn't find the first order, duh, bc it didn't go through. He then looked up my gift cards, but couldn't apply them and couldn't cancel the order bc it was over 30 min. Overcharged plus gift cards wasted. Done with Macy's.
