Ratings and reviews

Unable to make online purchases with Macy's app. If I set payment at Macy's credit card & submit an order, the app will give an error in red saying a technical error to call a 1-800 number. If I pay any other way, the online order goes through. I have removed Macy's app several times, and I am still getting the error. If this app doesn't get fixed soon, I will not have any use for it & will just pay off acct & close account. I love to shop online because it's easier for me.

The app and website are barely functional when it comes outside just searching products. The app refuses to log me in to my account even after changing passwords. The fingerprint sign in does not work. If I look up the brand "The Anti Order" it instead just trys brings me to my account's order history page (or it would if I could even log in to begin with!)

This is probably one of the worst apps I've ever used to manage an account. Any time I try to switch between apps to grab information I need, the app refreshes and goes back a page. I'm also constantly getting pinged with notifications that I have "new documents", but the link just takes me to some random menu page. The app has always been bad, but it's like they are actively trying to make it worse. It's extremely frustrating to use and actually discourages me from using their card at all.
