See update below. Used to be great. App control is fine, but it constantly shows "offline" in Google Home app, no matter how many times I keep re-linking the account. Shame, because it used to be extremely good. UPDATE: Following the review, I got up one morning and found the lights mysteriously reset with no input from me - a little unnerving, perhaps, but we all know deep down how this stuff works! Once I re-linked the app to the lights, operation has been back to its usual high standard. Fair play to the developers for sorting it out quickly, and with no fuss.

Maybe I'm expecting too much, but i thought this would actually control my WS2812B led strip how i wanted. Can't find any way to create a custom mode that starts turning the LEDs on at one end & progresses/flows to the other end (ideally a specific number of LEDs), then leave those LEDs lit for a number of seconds before turning them off in sequence flowing from the same start point to the same end point. I also want to save these "scenes" so they can be selected/activated by voice/routine.

Like the other reviews, the app is good and some nice features. The product itself (the Wi-Fi module) are pretty poor. Modules keep losing connection for no apparent reason, no one touching them and all powered in the same method. No logic to the disconnections either, appear random! Really frustrating when built in to a feature fireplace wall
