Like most anything to do with the state online, the site is hard to navigate and very unclear on how to perform certain functions. Edited addition: Also, whenever you do anything on the site, you have to then go back into the main My Account page and start over. Typical of anything built by the government, it's always two decades behind in technology. Half the time when I go back to go to another function, the little wheels spin forever, and I have to exit and re-enter the app to go forward.

I have fun relaxing once in a while. I enjoy the app more each time I play. It works better than most online apps. Exceptionally better. Update: I wasn't using the App, I was playing online, lol. I downloaded the App, but it was too big because I had a big video taking up my phone space, so I deleted it, and just played online for a long time. But, I did download the App again and it's doing a great job. If my phone has a full charge it works great. Don't forget to update if you download it.

EDIT: This seems to have gotten a lot better. The ticket bar code scanner takes an incredible amount of patience while I hold my phone as steady as possible in good lighting with the card flat on the desk, trying different distances and angles, all while praying for the borders to turn green. When they finally turn green, I get a message that the card scanning functionally is not working right now. Seriously frustrating.
