Many people have recommended this app to me, yet I have never been able to use it since it was launched because I am never sent the (OTP). I have contacted customer service, rebooted my phone, changed numbers and tried every troubleshooting step available — to no avail. Failing to deliver OTPs is a serious service failure and effectively degrades your product. Please escalate this to your technical team immediately and ensure all customers can register and log in without obstruction.

The app is good, and convenient. I have noted a minor glitch, it sometimes prompts for location to be turned on logging in, particularly with biometric (fingerprint). When you click on Turn On or Cancel, it disables biometric login completely. Another note, is the data and voice bundle offers. There seems to a mismatch between the bundles one can purchase on the app and those one can purchase through the ussd option. Kindly look into these minor issues.

I am experiencing a serious issue with your mobile app login system. Whenever I try to log in, I receive a message saying I am already logged in on another device and must log out first. However, I am using the same phone. After resetting my device, the app now treats it as a different device, even though I no longer have access to the previous session. This is a major flaw. If someone loses their phone or buys a new one, they won’t be able to log in unless they log out from the old device.
