Ratings and reviews

Customer service guys are unprofessional and mean. Feels like u talking to the teenager. One day, the balance is $0, and the next day, it shows negative balance. Didn't make any calls for a couple of days. Asked customer service a couple of times on the chat why , and then he just closed my account without even asking me if I wanted to close. Looks like my email is blacklisted. The app won't even allow me to log in . They isued a refund though. Waisted time...

I've been using this app for approx 6mths & it's been OK. The annoying thing is 8 out of 10 calls will just disconnect especially around 20mins into a call. Also in the last 2 weeks if I'm on a call and I switch between apps the person on the other end can no longer hear me. I have to be on the app to speak to them. I tried reinstalling it but the issue is still there. I contacted the customer service team and they said they would look into it and get back to me but I havent heard back yet.

I'll have to hold on to my stars review and make this complaint very loud because it's incompetent, fraudulent, and unfair to pay for a certain service, but you don't get to make use of it, I paid for a month Usa number which I got but I'm unable to use the number for even basic sms confirmation like Whatsap and other social apps...I've sent a mail and I got a 'hold for response' email and about 24hrs less likely or more im yet to receive feedback..please, this is bad and totally unexpected..
