Ratings and reviews

The extreme levels of nag and hassle in the login/use make me hate this. I have a paid subscription already - all I wanted to do is open a piece of music in the app rather than web page. Now i feel frustrated - it seems I can't use the app without sitting waiting for artificial delays, and the only option is to select free-but-becoming paid options, when I ALREADY have a subscription. Now rather than playing music, I'm wasting time writing a snotty review. Subscription will be cancelled.

Awful experience, been onto customer service for a week, I think I am dealing with a bot as they don't seem able to fix the issue, I've just seen others have the same issue so they must know what the problem is. Do not subscribe. I paid for pro annual, all I then did was turn off auto renew (i don't like this being selected automatically, like to do it manually). Ever since nothing works. Can't even view scores. Spoke to a customer service rep who is rabbiting on in email. I want a refund asap.

The idea is good, the execution, not so much. You add preferences, but when you search, you need to filter. it should take into account your preferences e.g. instrument and difficulty level. you have the options that hover over notes, and when you use the play along feature, there is no time to prepare yourself. you click play and expected to start immediately. it's just not very user friendly at all.
