New widget doesn't update and is not clickable, so it's pointless. What's the point in taking a snapshot of my remaining data when I first install it and then not update it? For the last three days I thought I had 9GB remaining. I don't. I tried clicking the refresh link and nothing happens. Click on the widget and nothing happens. Waste of space. The app itself is so cluttered it's frustrating to navigate. Have you actually tested your apps and widgets on end users?

DO NOT TOP UP USING THE APP! THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND DO NOT APPLY CREDITS!!! I made 3 attempts, every time I was charged but the credit was not applied to my account. I have tried calling customer services, every time I'm cut off. Tried using in-app 'Veronika' - every time it cannot help. Tried emailing customer service - no response. The local store online says it is open - it is closed! Terribly unprofessional!! Awful service, DO NOT USE if you are in Indonesia! Try someone else!!!

Buggy, slow, so many problems buying packages. So often can't buy things because of connection problems when there are no connection problems. So hard to change setting because they want you to use their AI helper which is useless. These days you can't even seem to change the language. Really just the worst.
