Each of our scheduled routines (which took a lot of work to put together) has disappeared from the app and been replaced by a duplicate copy of the annoying default routine. I've only been able to notice this when our child is suddenly upset because (for example) it's very late in the morning and her light is still on Red, telling her it's night and she should not be getting up. The physical soother already has design flaws. Now the app is unreliable, too.

Update: Mar '25 *** The new update made it much easier to work with and less finicky. Taking off the gps requirement was a huge improvement (the reason it required it in the first place was ridiculous). On a side note I'm still trying to figure out how to use it as a Bluetooth speaker. The app needs plenty of work. Better yet, scrap it and start over. It requires that I pair it with Bluetooth & once paired it requires the location turned on whenever I need to use the app to control the device.

If I could give this a 0 out of 5, I would. Absolutely abysmal app, and the fact that the soother requires you to use the app for full functionality is pathetic. The app is unbelievably bad; it's allegedly bluetooth compatible, but it never connects. I need this thing working as soon as possible to the setting I prefer as I get my child ready to sleep. With this, that is an impossibility. I'll be returning this and buying another brand's product tomorrow.
