Super frustrating. For the first year it refused to connect to 1 of the 2 cameras it came with. I gave up after a fair few tries to set it up because at the time kiddo wasn't going anywhere, so no big deal. Now that he's more mobile I tried again. After a while it worked (somehow). But its super finicky and randomly can't reconnect to either camera even when they are connected to the monitor. Why does this app do this???

Perhaps the worst baby monitor app. it has always been hard to connect, harder to make stay connected and as of late it won't connect at all. The app insists that I have the wrong Wi-Fi password, I know my Wi-Fi password, I set it myself, I'm entering it correctly. As a plus the app has no ads... but I'd rather be able to reliably see my child.

Camera won't connect. I have tried about 40 times to connect the app to the camera for viewing while away from the monitor. I scan the QR, the app says "Cam 1...Processing" and then just sits there and spins a loading circle. I've reset my app, reset the router, reset the camera and monitor. Nothing has helped. It's aggravating. Thid shouldn't be happening. Make it easier to connect to a camera on a single wifi. This clearly isn't working. Also, 0 support online. None. No where.

Based on our experience, we suspect that someone in your family may have tried to register the camera with another account, which automatically removed the previous registration. To avoid this type of issue in the future, we recommend that all members of your family use the same account and password for share viewing.
