1/25/23Last update took a step backwards. Loads very slow. Often glitches providing a poor picture. No longer records clips to accompany motion detection. Updating 3/12/23. The "camera is designed to store up to 30 event clips at a time". I have multiple cameras(VM901 & RM5766). The app doesn't store any clips for either of the cameras anymore. This didn't occur until after the update as I previously stated in January when I sent the review. It's a software / app issue, not a camera issue.

We appreciate your concerns. Our camera is designed to store up to 30 event clips at a time. However, we understand that this may not be sufficient for some users. We will certainly take your feedback into consideration as we continue to improve our product. We are truly sorry that the monitor does not function as expected.

It does a good job, but lacks in a few areas. (1) the settings for motion and sound are far too sensitive and the phone just goes off all night for the most innocuous thing. (2) It would be a lot better if it worked like YouTube where when you minimize the app, the video stays as a floating widget on the screen. The battery on the handheld is garbage, so you need the phone, but having the video/audio up is only available when the app is open and active. (3) background audio option would be nice.

Edit,4 months later, the app is garbage. Ill be getting a different camera system this weekend. The update was horrible. So much slower than your old app. Takes longer to connect. Takes longer for the picture to come through. Takes longer. Not sure why the app was changed, but it is bad. Hopefully it's fixed soon. Edit, Changed it from 2 star to 1. Someone in your tech department needs to figure the problem out. So slow and takes so much longer to connect, if it connects at all.
