Disconnects from the camera constantly throughout the day and night, even when I'm standing right next to the router and baby's room. Video clips refuse to play back in the morning or sometimes don't record in the first place. It's so frustrating and has only been getting worse over the past year. There is zero app support. If you want to use an app, save yourself the headache and find another monitor brand.

We have had the camera and app for 18 months and absolutely hate it. It keeps getting worse as time goes on. Half the time, it won't record a full event. I can't save any recordings. The app and camera disconnect more than they connect so we rely on a backup audio monitor. Horrible product and not worth the money. We fully intend to buy a different brand once our baby moves to a toddler bed and is more mobile in her room.

This app has become exceptionally worse over the past year. It's so frustrating. I miss out on really adorable videos of my child because recordings won’t play, freeze on a black screen/spinning wheel, or the app freezes when I try basic things like deleting an event. I’ve uninstalled, reinstalled, and restarted my phone. There’s no download option, so screen recording is the only workaround, and even that fails. For a baby monitor app, this is unacceptable.
