This program allows me to see my child in real time with some exceptions of seconds delay sometimes. however, it's definitely my favorite camera system for the bedroom. the feature to talk to those in the room doesn't really work. sound comes out as inaudible. but you can hear everything from their end on the camera. they just can't hear you.

This app worked great until suddenly the sound would only work intermittently. Believing it was a camera issue, I had the camera replaced only to install the new one and discover I still do not have sound. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app, and the issue persisted. This is extremely frustrating.

To reset your device, please follow these steps: 1: Go to the settings in the parent unit. 2: Run the factory reset. 3: The parent unit will then directly connect to the camera. 4: Redo the add camera procedure from the App to scan the parent unit QR code. Although it works great, had it for 4 years now, and would have given more stars but unfortunately the last update removed (maybe by accident?) the ability for the app to stay open on top of other apps, in a separate window. It was very handy as I'm always working from my phone and would keep the app open to keep an eye on my son. If possible, could you bring that back? It's an app issue as far as Samsung can tell me.
