I installed the BSNL app hoping for a smooth experience, but it fell short of expectations. Right after installation, the app prompted me for an update. However, when I visited the Play Store, there was no update available. This inconsistency is confusing. Additionally, the app's interface is outdated and not user-friendly. Overall, the BSNL app needs significant improvements in both design and functionality. Thank You

Although the app contains various useful options but they are just for show. Nothing happens when you click them. eg. If you want to change your broadband plan then it only shows your current plan( which I'm aware of!) but you don't get option to change or modify your plan. The local bsnl service provider is of no help and rarely tends to complaints. Very bad service.

Not able to enter the alphanumeric OTP as the app is only showing numeric keypad without any option to enter the text in the OTP. Does anyone have any solution? The second irritating fact is that the app shows there's an update available everytime I open it, but when I click on it, it simply goes to the Play Store where there's no update. Unable to register so far.
