dear dish tv customer team, I wanted to bring to your attention a recurring issue I have encountered with the DishTV mobile application. After the initial installation, the app opens successfully the first time. However, it consistently fails to open on subsequent attempts, necessitating the uninstallation and reinstallation of the app each time. this inconvenience is causing significant frustration. kindly rectify this at the earliest.

I am extremely disappointed with this app. It used to work in the past. But agree a recent update it's not opening on my phone. Every time it displays a message "This app can't run on a rooted phone". My phone is not rooted. I have uninstalled the app and again reinstalled it from Play Store. Still the problem persists. On rooted phones no banking or financial app works. But all such apps work on my phone without any problem. Only your app is showing this error. Correct it at the earliest.

It's good for recharging but when I opened the app for modify and recharge my T.V , I done the whole process - deleted the channels which I don't need , added some channels and when I proceeded it showed some error. I did the whole process again then also the same thing happened. I tried it today then also it's showing error. This is my humble request to the DishTV team to fix this problem. I'm very disappointed with that error that do not allow me to continue my entertainment.
