It won't connect. I try to sign in and it just spins and spins... I tried everything, even uninstalled and reinstalled it... This ap is useless if you can't even connect to it! Hey Xcel, from looking at previous posts, this appears to be an ongoing issue which you have done nothing to fix! Great customer service... NOT!!!

Is anyone even reading these reviews? Would not load billing information. Had to go to the website to pay the bill. Had to use desktop site command to keep chrome from opening the app in order to access my billing info. Also it can't connect to my meter thru my wifi network. And is stuck on that screen. Very disappointed in your programers. What did you do, pick the lowest bidder?

For the first 3 weeks app was buggy but worked. Now at best it show "current usage" but everything else has data not found and the connection won't refresh. Considering that, I'm not sure I even trust the "current usage" amount. For as big of a company as Xcel is, I'd expect better.
