The idea of the app is great, but it asks for media permission which isn't necessary and honestly most people won't except it although I know that the app isn't looking for the media (photos and videos)but looks for the permission of your files to save data Another thing which is that you've to creat an account and it's also not necessary just make the user register by there phone number and after I created my account I closed the app and opened it again it asked me to sign in again

Dear Mr. Nabiel 1- The App will work but not with its all features (you'll not be able to upload your photo, scan the Pin number of scratch card vc pin retrieval wont work), once you log in by OTP go to change password. finally thx a lot for your comments and wish you enjoy the services and features of the App and wait for new services and gifts.

The app is great but there are some things you should do before launching this app, people are struggling to sign in and get the free allowance of Internet you should explain that to them or at least a release a video to show them how to do so. Anyway it is great to see libyana does something good and helpful to their customers well done and keep it up.

Well.. The app regarding its design is so nice as usual,, But lots of annoying points u have done I was mostly annoyed by the repeated logout of the app and repeated asking for the password to login again.. & that sms that would tell me tgat tge great achievement occured "I'm logged in" Also the update,, if you won't update, you won't use the app!!!! Why?? & why does it work online?????? Can't you put some sort of logarithms to be an offline app???!!!! Please work more on it,,
