overall, an unreliable app often has bugs, crashes, particularly in the last 6 months it has been even worse. I have quick reference on to see account balance without signing in, never works half the time can't get into my account. transfer delays between accounts despite all accounts linked app is often shut down for "maintenance" and when it comes back online it's even worse than before. overall. not happy with the app

Android app worked fine for last couple of years - as of today, 10 March 2022, this app won't let me login? (same login & password works fine from a web browser) The app fails on saying 'TRY LOGGING IN AGAIN' Your username or password was incorrect, or your not registered for Internet Banking' What? Note: i've completely uninstalled and re-installed the app, and it still fails. App version is 9.91.2 As i have mentioned above which you obviously didn't read, i have already reinstalled the app. In Cyprus so not calling international to get 1hr of hold for an app that should work.

I like the app the only issue ive run into the last few months is the quick balance doesn't update or refresh unless you log into the app first even if i close the app and reload it the quick balance does refresh and show your actual account balance, you have to log in to get your account balance, please fix.
