this app doesn't function correctly. if you want to make a change to anything it just says "something went wrong" had to contact support to get help, and then a month later the app is again trying to charge me for something that the support team "turned off" for me. this app is trying to rip me off and if i wasn't paying attention they would have made an extra $17 off of me. i can't help but wonded how many people aren't noticing they are being overcharged?

This is a great way to find cheap storage in your area. I've had great experiences with every host ive met on neighbor, but i have some reservations about Neighbors business practices. They are not upfront about contingencies assiciated with first month discounts. most if the time, those are only granted if you stay for at least 3 months. You have to look very closely at the fine print to see this. Secondly, you MUST cancel manually. It is easy to forget and it is very hard to get a refund.

This app is full of scammers and the company provides little support. I reserved a parking space and when I showed up, they told me they didn't have any spaces available. I asked for a refund, they told me I needed to request that through neighbor. It's not easy to do. Their call center doesn't seem to be staffed and when you e-mail, they auto-respond that due to staff shortages it will take them longer than normal to respond. Very Sketchy.
