App has a lot of bugs. South Africa checkout with credit card option is slow or fails 9 out of 10 times with the error that billing address is not entered. Also there is a bug in the user profile edit feature.. the province field does not load value and causes validation error. once the error is encountered it wont save any changes till you close and open.

It doesn't connect to the Vertuo machine as described on the box and in the accompanying documents. Fake advertising on Nespresso's part. Since Nov till Sep 2024, still no Bluetooth support for South African Vertuo devices. Supposed 230 ml capsules make 80 ml drinks and we can't change that. 1 Oct 2025 app update does nothing to remedy the issue.

I really don't know why I bother. Right now there's no stock of any of the Vertuo coffees that I usually order, I can't order anything through the app because (it appears that) address suddenly needs a region and region can be selected but does not save. Another perennial irritation is that an order of 30 boxes still has a limit of 1 recycling bag. Surely to goodness @Nespresso you can get selling your one and only product right? After how many years?
