Useless I cant see my data available for my hotspot. It is a separate hotspot. Not my phone hotspot and everybody is new when i call and they dont know what i am talking about. Plus i signed up for auto refil STUPID MISTAKE. due date went from the 25th down to the 16th plus they chatged me 2x.

I don't understand every payment made it only gives me 21 days and not the full 30 days. Also, my data does not go back to 100 percent. I feel I should go back to Verizon

Worst app ever. I make a password, then it pretends I entered the wrong password and locks me out. If I click "forgot password" it lies and says it sends it to my email and I never get an email from them. I keep having to call support over and over for help, wasting time getting nowhere. What a CROCK!
