a few things. one the helmet didn't release with the app. the restrictions for side walks are absolutely insane as most of ottawa does not have bike lanes. I'm happy to go down most roads but crossing a small bridge on the road between ottawa and gatineau is silly. especially as that's the one place there is a bike lane on the side. overall super disappointing experience. adjust your settings on side walk access to make sense with the road environments within the city.

very poor experience. partner subscribed to a fixed price plan so that we could try group rides while staying in Newcastle. we were unable to successfully start a group ride, as the app got stuck requesting driver's license of second rider then, when we provided, saying the license was already registered. All the time, the clock was ticking on the ride. Eventually gave up and started a separate pay-per-minute ride from my phone. Ended up paying far more than we should have. Will not use again.

quite decent. best deals in the scooter biz. I had an issue where I couldn't pedal the bike for 1.5 min and I was given $0.05 instead of my 2 minutes back!!! that was annoying. but overall good
