Edit: was unable to reach out to support team, however the issue had been resolved the next day. unclear if it was due an unstable version of the website it was redirecting to when pressing the login button. App is not allowing me to login - says an unexpected error has occurred. I have an active subscription and will be requesting a refund if I cannot login into the account! Please advise!

EDIT: To those who end up with the same problem, go straight to the Help Center LIVE CHAT, skip going to the other stuff, and they'll settle it quickly. They handled my issue in like five minutes. OLD REVIEW: It took my payment but it is saying I am logged in on a different account than my Google Play so I can't use the features I paid for, when I AM on the correct account. It's just randomly decided that it wants to stop working now.

it's ok & it does work but it is very annoying when it just stops working & I have to open the app & sort it out. also when I set it to automatically connect when I turn my device on & it says it's taking a bit longer than usual to connect them that is a big issue that needs fixing asap. no point paying for something that doesn't do what it says on the tin.
