I subscribed to Nymph and paid for the premium plan, but the app still shows my account as unpaid and keeps asking me to buy the subscription again. This is very frustrating and feels like a waste of money. I’ve already paid, yet I can’t access the features it's asking me to wait for 3 days just to talk to customer support

Hi, we’re sorry this happened. The “3-day” note simply means you’ll hear from us within three days at the latest usually we reply within 24 hours. Undoubtedly one of the worst experiences from the customercare I ever had to deal in life. It's been a week since I have been trying to contact the customer care, And I honestly think the company doesn't care about the service. Alloting a below the standard chat bot which has an intelligence less than that of goldfish to provide service to a customer, who is a premium user also. Splendid.

A big let down. The app randomly muted me with no reason at all. I can't communicate with nobody despite being the highest category paid member. There is no one to explain. Just an AI chat bot that is justifying the action from a playbook without concrete evidence. Like just reading out notes from community policy. My money, my connections gone down the drain.
