The app is very straightforward and easy to use. The only major problem is that I have to uninstall and reinstall about every 2 to 3 months because the app just stops working which is difficult because then I have to reconnect it with my hearing aids in the charger. So if this happens at work, I'm pretty much stuck without being able to change any settings. additionally, it will just randomly disconnect from my hearing aids for a few seconds, which is odd.

The app is worthless for Android OS phones, and impossible for those with a single hearing aid. Because it connects to Bluetooth automatically, I can't hear when people call, as it goes through my one hearing aid in the small spectrum it is correcting. And that's with the phone set as the default device. Leaving BT on won't work, and turning it off causes problems with all of my other BT devices. There needs to be a setting that allows control over Bluetooth connection that actually disconnects.

This app is junk. Constantly disconnects if phone is more than a few feet away. Provides zero benefit or functionality. I do not make constant adjustments due to background, etc. That's totally unnecessary. A good app would connect automatically and NOT loose connection. I almost never even use it due to these reasons. Zero benefit having it.
