This app is a freaking SCAM. I gave it another chance after 6 months, and nothing has changed. Don’t fall for their fake Travel Guarantee—it’s a trap! I paid ₹2000 for a ₹1200 ticket because of their so-called ₹800 guarantee fee. In the end, they couldn’t even get me a confirmed ticket. The refund was another scam. Instead of 3x, they gave only 2x—₹1200 back to my payment method and the rest in useless ixigo coupons that expire in 7 days and can’t even be used for other passengers. Crazy!!!

Nightmare. payment made but no ticket issued , app still showing it as payment failed. while the upi app shows success. no customer support. Chatbots are hopeless they have only a few prefed queries to answer. absolute nightmare. spend some money on improving the app. just fancy UI will not help, support matters a lot of you know about it.

Fraudulent and Misguiding app. How come there is CNF showing up for the train where the routes are flooded due to heavy rains and already cancelled. You guys are being too pushy in fact designed your app to trick people into buying your "Zero cancellation" (Charging almost the same as actual cancellation charges) and your " Trip guarantee" where the check boxes are already selected unless deselected but, 0.49 paisa travel insurance needs to be scrolled all the way down and be checked.
