This new update is aweful. It's super glitchy on the home page when you try to scroll through shows and everytime I try to play one, it says connection error no matter what I do. I even downloaded the episodes and they still won't play. Boo. It was perfect before. FIX IT PLEASE. Update: Customer service was great and helped reset my account. It's working again! Thank you!

As of the past couple weeks I can't get the app to actually open to see the selections. All that happens is an image of SpongeBob appears on the screen and it won't go any further. The app continously gets worse and worse with no effort in many years to correct the problems. I updated the app a couple days ago and I can see the main screen and I click on whatever movie or show and can see everything fine but as soon as I press play there is no image just sound ??????????????????????

App used to work decently but has almost been not useable lately. Constantly freezes to the point the app closes. It's like a game where you try to get to a video but throughout the process you may randomly have to start at the beginning. And browsing for something to watch??? Good luck with that. I'm wondering why I pay for an ad free streaming service that can't even stream most of the time...
