Ratings and reviews

Editing punches is a nightmare. While the overall app is mostly convenient, editing punches is tedious, requires approval before changes are made. After every change request, the page refreshes and you have to navigate back to the date you were on. Punches glitch and go to the wrong day. When the page refreshes, it's easy to accidentally enter info on the wrong date. Supervisor shouldn't have to approve every individual correction. One click approval for all correction would be better.

When trying to clock in and using pin, I receive an error message that says *Invalid response from server. Please try again.* I was not having this problem before updating the app. Eventually it will let me clock in after turning wifi off and back on several times and closing the app several times.

The app itself is okay but it lacks basic features like face and lock even if your device has that feature built into it. It doesn't seem they intend on updating anything because nothing has been updated for quite a while. It's slow and clunky, needs major improvements.
