Ratings and reviews

As a pet sitter/walker, it is quite annoying that everytime my screen shuts off or I exit out of the app the timer restarts and I lose track of how long I've been taking care of my clients. Also, it does not track my distance walked at all. It would be cool to upload multiple pics at once rather than just 1 at a time, that doesn't make any sense. It's a solid app that has room improvement.

Works differently on the app versus on a computer. Easier on the app. You'll still need some time to get acquanted with the app. Needs way better notification. Once in a while I'll get notified of a potential guest, mostly I have to check a few times a day. Probably lost some clients due to long response time because I wasn't notified quickly on my phone or not at all.

It is really frustrating that most of the time when customer reply, I can see it my notification, but I didn't see it in the chat itself. All I can do it log off and log in back again. Consider the service charge they charge on client and the commission they take from us, I would say this kind of bug shouldn't be exist in the beginning. Not to mention, the blocking of chat when I only mention the word "number". As I was telling the client we can't exchange address and numbers.
