I love this app, really easy to use and great for requesting medication or sending photos to my vets. The only reason I haven't given 5 stars, is I would love a way to mark pets as having passed away. I lost one of my dogs recently and can't bring myself to remove his profile altogether, but it breaks my heart to see his age go up when it never really will 😔 Could this suggestion possibly be implemented?

I love that they have an app and a chat section as I find it difficult to speak to people on the phone you can see all your pets you have register and can choose which pet you are concerned about to get a more detailed advice. the app is easy to use and everything you need is right there at the bottom. chat button, alert button, appointment button and your profile as well as a pet button where you can find a list of all your pets you have registed. so easy to navigate.

works great, when it works! I have pets at different vet practices and have made accounts for each of them. But it often won't load previous chats for whichever account I'm signed in to. Just today I got a notification that a payment link has been sent by my vets. Tried to open the app to pay it, and it just asked me to create a new profile for that pet, and says I don't have any existing chats with that vet practice
