Positively ludicrous this does not run on iOS and that it has ZERO web access for field staff. You are limited to documenting all of your notes on a tablet with a Bluetooth keyboard. Absurd. It's 2025, this is not revolutionary technology.

Needs improvements to the map especially for facilities. When you have more than one client in a facility, the map doesnt reflect that and it can be hard to find out who else is in a facility especially if they are clients new to you. Also needs a way to notify providers of more important notes prior to arrival to a patient's home such as requests for phone calls ahead of schedule.

This app is very frustrating. The documentation is extremely redundant, it makes you check off basic demographic questions every time you open a visit. When I first started using this app in home health 4 years ago, I could switch from application to application during my visits which I oftentimes need to do, now every time I switch to a different application, this one closes which may seem like a minor inconvenience, until you have to restart the application eight times in one visit.
