App doesn't work and forces you to apply for credit?? New user, was excited to start. But I tried so many times (even reinstalled the app) and it just says "Something went wrong. Try again." after I log in. No contact info, very frustrating. The service itself is frustrating. On the website it says you can use debit to send money instead of signing up for their MasterCard. Yet when I decline the offer I got by email, it doesn't give me the option to send money any other way! Is this a scam??

payment is Hell, they will increase your credit amount fast and take it out of your bank account but to pay off the credit card money sits in your account for 3 days and then u get a message saying unsuccessful and u got do it again. so annoying that's y I hate using the credit card

SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHES! POMELO advertises “instant” transfers, but that’s misleading. I sent money expecting speed, only to learn after contacting support that it would take up to 24 hours. This defeats the purpose of their promise. I sent to the same account using SENDWAVE, and it arrived instantly. Pomelo should be transparent and stop claiming instant transfers if they can’t deliver on that promise. BEWARE!
