Practo used to be my goto app initially(5+ years). Now it has really become a terrible app. Recently I wanted to get an invoice of my doctor consultation charges, there wasnt an option in the app to find my previous consultations/payments I had done. The history was empty. There was no contact number to reach them, so I tried to contact them via mail, really cold response I got. Time to switch, as there are plenty of players in this market.

I am using this app on Google pixel 6 Pro and it does nor connect on audio or video call during consultation. Tried on Google pixel 6a the same result. Seems like a bug with Google pixel phones. Tried on Motorola phone and works flawless. It's been so long but still no bug fix for this issue. Sad unable to get a proper consultation even after paying the full amount due to this issue.

App is really easy to use. Interface is clean. But One issue is there. Whenever a doctor starts video call and if I have bluetooth headset connected, I can't hear the doctor and also my voice can't reach to them. Please fix this issue. Now everyone uses Bluetooth devices
