This app genuinely needs to be fixed. I use this app to transfer money from my work card to my bank account and after getting a new phone, I just no longer am able to transfer anything. I continue to get an error message saying "our system is not cooperating" and then the cherry on top is the phone they give to call is US Bank which I don't have nor do they provide any help with card connect or my account. I'm aggravated to say the least.

recently swapped to a new phone, and suddenly nothing is allowing me to transfer my money to my bank. It errors when I try to go to the transfer menu and says "Our system is not cooperating", and it seems like NOTHING is cooperating! I try the website, nothing! And when I call the number on the card, the call is immediately closed when I ring it up! No idea where or how I'm supposed to contact someone for help when I'm shut down immediately at every facet.

One of the worst services I've ever used. The UI is next to non existent, the error messages don't tell you anything, and customer service is absolutely abysmal. I've been dealing with an issue with my account (that wasn't even my fault to begin with, it's literally just an error on their end) and now my accounts locked out, before I even have access to it. Not to mention customer service knows less than I do. Everytime I call they just repeat the same rehearsed line over and over again. Trash.
