I will never ever use priceline again and out of my many readers I recommend anyone who trusts my reviews to steer clear! I used them twice in a week, and twice has major issues. One cost me $200, they failed to pay the hotel therefore I was unable to stay and because they messed up they kept my $200 saying it was a cancelation according to their policies. So I slept in my car, it was amazing. Second time same thing, but the hotel worked with me and was amazing use booking they are way better

Note: I book monthly trips and will spend time seeking out the best deal. I've utilized Priceline for the past 15 years. The app makes you pay more for the same options, so check out as a guest through website. The VIP Deals are much more expensive versus guest checkout. The package deals (hotel+car) are much higher vs. purchasing separately. I booked a hotel in NY last night using a different app and received a rate that's $40 cheaper than the VIP Rate given through Priceline

These incompetent people allowed me to book and check-in at a rental car agency that was closed. i called to ask what i should do, they blamed me for it, so i had to get a new hotel for the night, and a new rental. they messed up my entire trip itinerary and wasted about 250 dollars. to top it all off their customer service line told me to get a refund from the hotel, even though their incompetence caused the whole issue
