About this app

By adding their car registration in the app, Season Ticket holders at PaSS car parks will be able to enter and exit by having their number plate scanned at the barrier. PaSS is only live at selected Q-Park car parks.

It is important that you create your MyQ-Park account before registering on the app or your Season Ticket will not link correctly with your vehicles car registration and you will not be able to enter and exit the car park using your number plate.

How to register your number plate
1. Activate your My Q-Park Account on the Q-Park website. When you purchased your Season Ticket, you will have received an email prompting you to activate your account
2. Download the Q-Park app
3. Login using your My Q-Park Account Email and Password
4. Enter your car registration

After completing the above steps, the barrier will automatically open when you drive in or out of your home car park. The Q-Park app has been developed to further enhance the parking experience for our Season Ticket holders.

can't fault it once setup with a payment system. Drive in, barrier opens, drive out barrier open. Billed automatically. You can monitor your current session in the app. One bad issue though, if someone steals your car the automatic system will just let them drive out. I would really like you to add a security switch you can switch 'off' when you get back to your car, if its 'on' it won't let your car out, my car is high risk so it would be a MAJOR plus.

What an absolute pile of garbage this is! The app gives you the opportunity to login or create an account with Google. However, when you come to make a booking, the app requires you to login but there isn't the option to use a Google account. The app is asking for a password you don't have! Same problem if you try on Web! Who tests this garbage? Worse still. Booked in advance. Carpark was full when we arrived. Got charged anyway.

I can't fault this. Once completely registered on the app all you have to do is drive in, and then out. The barriers raise automatically. No need to take a ticket and billing is automatically taken out of my account at the end of the month, I believe. The only criticism would be the lack of carparks at present in the uk that sync with this app. Although more are reportedly being brought up to speed. Hence the one star less than maximum.
