This app was working for me last some many years... Now don't last few days onwards it is not functioning.. Even not able to open app.. Don't know what to do.. Please RAK bank management.. Please help me.... Still whenever open rak bank it is crushing.. Really disappointed with rak bank app.. Even after messaging them.. No response

They disbursed my personal loan without collecting proper documents and then put the loan on hold. They even started taking EMI before I got the money. The agent gave me all the wrong information and just lied to make me take the loan. Now the money is stuck, and I can't even use it. Customer care response is very slow and not helpful at all. It was one of the worst banking experiences I’ve ever had — never again!

it's been more than 2 weeks that I emailed the support team as said on the reply, but there hasn't been any response. first app, now the support, totally pathetic. I recently became a RAK Bank customer and when I try to register on mobile banking, the App keeps crashing. Been like this for nearly a week now and I am still not able to. Tried calling customer support, and they said to try after 24hrs of card activation, but that too didn't work. Really bad first experience. Totally disappointed.
