Ratings and reviews

The schedules aren't updated frequently enough, especially since there are usually so many delays on delays and cancellations on a daily basis. Also, each time i check a trip plan and go back, the departure/destination i searched for is usually changed to what I searched for previously. it's really annoying.

Good timetable and ticket information. It is easier to understand than the website. But you can only buy one ticket in the app - this is very limiting! I want to buy 2 because I am travelling with my family. And you can only pay by PayPal, not by card. Many links in FAQ go to websites only in German. This is not helpful when you are trying to understand about the closed railway line and restrictions from Frankfurt airport!

A useful app, I use it every day. However, it is hard to believe the coders' incompetence, if you try to open account, add/change a payment method, manage account settings etc. For all these options you get thrown in the desert of the RMV website, where you face tons and ton of text, trashy links, options that dont work, incomprehensible set up of the menus, literally a trip back to the 00s. Come on guys, get out of the stone age, this is the 21st century. Someone, please, this is a disgrace
