Ratings and reviews

This app lags out so bad when trying to clip their digital coupons. It also seems like they leave expire coupons on there as well. Frequently, when trying to clip coupons, I get an error message stating "This offer is no longer available". If it's no longer available, take it down! Very misleading. And no body is shopping at Raley's without the coupons due to their exorbitant prices. I'm shopping at Trader Joe's until there's a fix.

The app was usable last year before they updated and changed it all. Horrible update. They should fire anyone who had a hand in determining which features were changed. They got rid of everything that made it user friendly, easy to search, and made it a basic as possible with infinite glitches. You can't even scroll through the weekly sales add and add products off of that list. The more you scroll, the more it just repeats the same 20 products that you already scrolled past. So much more to say

Edit: same issues below, now it's a dozen "something went wrong" pop-ups. Ugh 😩. C L U N K Y I wish it had better shopping lists so I can have favorites and see how much is already in the cart. I also hate having to relogin again and reload the app multiple times a session. The save for later list click boxes are too close to the item button, so I'm often having to go back from the item to my list. I love Raley's. This app is infuriating. Happy to talk about it if anyone wants.
