The service is convenient, but their "Help" center is the most frustrating I have ever encountered. I am 52 years old. I have had several simple-fix easy problems, like verify my age. then the chat agent sends 1 generic cut & paste message and then all of them close the case without even a suggestion. Just "customers are important" , "I have analyzed your issue" , but then asks me what my issue is. Then closes the case. "we are working hard" then you start all over.

It's crazy how many technical issues this app has. From no customer service, charging me double, not being able to see which stores coupons apply, the filters for stores don't work, selection is limited, trying to upgrade plans doesn't work. It's absolutely crazy that an app this important can have these sorts of technical problems. Rappi needs to make improvements and try to manage their company like it was a company from USA or Europe. Please make improvements!

Edit: this app keeps getting worse. They literally just sent me completely the wrong thing, then refunded me the difference between the two items 🤣... The service is good. The app is absolute garbage. So buggy... Would submit bug reports if the app even had that feature. I hope Softbank does an audit to see where their investment went... Cause it wasn't into the app. Update: service and app have actually gotten worse. The people working here are absolute morons, and I don't say that lightly.
