STAY AWAY FROM THIS APP!!! Worst company I've ever dealt with. Very poor customer service and long wait when you call them! Sent money through them (only the 2nd time), the money hasn't been delivered to the recipient, they've taken money out of my account. I don't have the option to cancel the transaction on the app! Have tried to get Customer Service to cancel it but they still haven't done it. Now they are holding my £2.5k for almost a month now. Looking to seeking legal advice.

The app works perfect with mobile money and cash pickup. Please do not use bank deposit. I made a bank transfer twice and was to be received in 5 minutes. The money wasn't received in a week. I sent them emails saying I wanted to cancel my transaction but they kept sending me the same email that if I don't provide the right documents within 24 hours, they'll cancel my transaction. No one answers calls nor texts! I wonder why the rating is 4.5 when most reviews are just 1 star!

After 2 weeks money I sent has still NOT been received. They cannot be reached on email. Takes very long to get thru phone support. Even then all you hear is silly excuses. The chat service is poor, shuts down after having waited too long & starts a new session as if nothing has been said. How frustrating. I can re-review my feedback when you up your game.
