My remote died, so in the meantime, I paid for this app. Quite frankly, it sucks. Every time you need to change a channel, raise/lower volume or just pause, you have to go through the process of choosing your device and waiting for it to load. Sadly, I found out after paying for this, I could get an actual to my television replacement remote.

Could never get it to connect to my TV. I needed the remote because I couldn't find mine. You have to do all this downloading and go to this screen on your TV. I couldn't go anywhere on my TV because I had lost the remote!! Nothing but a power button on the TV. No volume buttons to move to the left or right. I'll try it on another TV but so far not happy. App isn't very user friendly in my option either

Guys don't download!! If you need a remote go to the real roku mobile App which is free this app is not working. I want to contact them and when I press on said option through the app it just opens up an email w no email for them. It cost 24 a year and still doesn't work. I want my refund!!! When I tried to cancel before being chsrged it kept telling me no subscription is found. I will be going to the bank to file a report and get my money back😡😡😡
