The latest update has added to the numerous problems that the past few updates caused. When I first started using the app it was very nice. You could arrange the cameras for viewing the way that you preferred. With updates, that option went away. Many people complained to no avail. Now, the newest update has stopped the notifications by email. I depend on these when I'm out of town. When I test the email alerts that once worked seamlessly, I get a 400 error message.

App is relatively well thought out and easy enough to use. just disappointed that half the time it doesn't work. the connection to a camera will go "100 kbps" to 0" kbps" in a matter of seconds when you connect when you're not on the same wifi network, and then it'll say it can't connect. even if you're getting notifications saying person detected by the camera, which half the time are false positives of the camera thinking a cardboard box is a person. useless when needed.

I used to be a big fan of Reolink over the last 7 years but it's gotten to be more difficult to use. NVR won't detect the WD 6tb purple drive that Reolink suggested I use. Newest issue is I can't login to the NVR on more than one phone or desktop app (wrong username/password). updating firmware on individual cameras isn't automatic and always difficult. Troubleshooting with them is always a weeks long process.
