What a frustrating app. I've been struggling to log in since July. It always gives a "login request unsuccessful, the app could not process my request" feedback. I've deleted and installed it multiple times thinking it might assist, but I always get the same response. The worst part is that I can't even visit a SARS branch as I'm out of the country

the app prompts, I mean, forces me to update your details, and when I do change my email address from work to personal, you send the otp to the old email? so what's the point of updating? also, activate biometrics log in but still have to use the password. What's the point? you ask to "contact us," but I must hold for 39 minutes. What's the point?

Unable to login to the efiling app (I receive the following error message: "Sorry! Your login requests was not successful. SARS Mobi App could not process your request, please try again." I have tried updating the app, clearing the cache, as well as uninstalling and reinstalling the app but still get the same error message. I see on your social media that several people are having this same issue. Please can you assist?

Good day, sorry for the inconvenience, we are working tirelessly to find a fix, for now please us the workaround. Log onto eFiling website (can be on your mobile device) www.sarseFiling.co.za. Screens of how to use OTP (switch off to mobile app). Then switch back to mobi if you would like and enter name and password screens.
