Been using this app for a long time but suddenly this year, I could not even open the app! Loading took so long and don't even load at all.. to have disruptions like this really a pain. Hard for me to monitor and pay my bills. Forcing me to a point to uninstall and reinstall it again. We will see how it goes. 5* for working app, but since it it not working currently, I'll just give it a 2*. Sorry.

I failed to register the first time around. When I tapped on the REGISTER button after providing all the required information, the message said the password was empty. It was not. I had keyed it in. Incidentally, There was no indication to confirm my password. So, I uninstalled the app and downloaded it again to install. The second time around, there was a line that said for me to confirm my password. That I did, and I got registered. Next, I logged out, and then logged in again. The line that said "You last log in was at/on" was devoid of any data. That is not important to me. I proceeded to make a report. I tapped on the icon for billing and meter, and then tapped on 'make report'. Nothing happened. I logged out and tried again, and the same thing occurred - nothing happened after I tapped on 'make report'. Considering this app was not introduced only yesterday, so to speak, it is, I am sorry to say, unworthy of even 1 star.

Starting this week I'm unable to pay my bill through this app. Last month no such problem. When I click on my account to pay bill, there's no response. I tried to pay using S Pay Global, subscribe account but it says my contract account no. is invalid. Please fix soon.

To pay using SPay Global via SEB cares, kindly log in via SEB cares web portal at https://sebcares.sarawakenergy.com. Additionally, you may contact us at 1300 88 3111 or email to customercare@sarawakenergy.com for verification of your contract account number.
