I find it hard to get verified because of the selfie with ID. I can't change it to rear camera because the front isn't good enough. Ridiculous Edited: It doesn't help at all even you send me an email. Seriously, I tried passport doesn't work, I tried my ID doesn't work. Your employees trying to use my ID/passport for what? Loan sharks? What more they want me to take a clear ID with selfies huh?

This is my first and last time using this app! I booked pickup at Lot 10 but in the end I have to collect it at another place which is 47 minutes away from me. I had to cancel the booking but I have to pay the FULL PRICE, even though I didn't even touch the car! The most efficient thing is to cancel my booking, so they can rent it to another customer I suppose. LOUSY APP!

Door fail to lock after car pick up so ended up cannot use the car as it cannot be locked. Wasted an hour still cannot lock. Went to return the car. waste another hour to chat with in app chat. Lastly still cannot lock on my end. They remote lock. Overall bad experience. Waste of money & time.
