Ratings and reviews

Absolutely every other grocery store in North America has an easy to use, shop online app except for Safeway. I can see the flyer, but not every price is listed. I can place an order or even find items I'm looking for that aren't in the flyer. It's strange in 2024 for a large grocery chain to not have accessibility for all shoppers. Dollar stores have better apps.

Joined this program bc I thought it might be better than PC but I have to email support to request points for offers that are listed in the app and loaded. Every. Single. Shopping. Trip. Safeway/Scene loves trying to screw people out of points hoping they won't notice - everyone needs to check the receipt after every shopping trip!

DONT BOTHER DOWNLOADING if you want to use this app to check your offers!! The sole reason I downloaded this app was to be able to view and load my offers. I can open every other page in the app just fine, but the offers page loads for a while then tells me to check my network connection every single time. Not sure how MY network can be the problem but only for 1 part? It feels shady that Safeway makes some of their deals contingent on having and using this app when the app is not functional.
