Easy to use, and keeps improving. I started using the app before they had substitution. They keep improving things which is nice. You can tell they're really listening to customer feedback. My recommendations are: more substitutions (ie: DoorDash let's you pick 3 possible substitutions), an option to pick up items in store, and also it would be nice to have 2 car saved. I have to change the vehicle description every time since sometimes I pick up and other times it's my bf who picks them up.

FRUSTRATING, It is extremely slow looking for a specific product and It may not be able to find it at all. Using google to search their website is much faster. I had so much trouble using this App that it's virtually impossible to describe all the problems I had other than to say it was extremely frustrating. I eventually found the product I was looking for by going to my previous purchases to add it to my list. This app looks really good, too bad it doesn't work as good as it looks!

I use the app frequently and do a large majority if my shopping from the app abd have it delivered, I can stay focused on needs vs wants. but there's always an issue. it seems like the server goes down and I can't even use the app, it tells me there's no safeway in my area despite being like 5 miles down the road. sometimes it just won't load. right now it won't apply any coupons???? it's great when it works but idk if I can continue if it work properly
