It is a very bad bank app, here you can not pay your card directly if you do not have a savings account with the bank, which is very strange because in the web version it allows. Payments sometimes take several days to be reflected, there is no chat and everything must be done by telephone branch. If you have an affiliated card and you make a payment on the main card, the payment you made erases the expenses of the affiliated card and frees up credit.

¡Hola Alejandro! Te aclaramos que desde nuestra APP si es posible realizar el pago de tu tarjeta desde otros Bancos por medio del botón PSE. El Chat virtual se encuentra habilitado por medio de nuestra página web y también es posible contactarnos por medio de nuestras redes sociales. El cupo de las tarjetas afiliadas se renueva cada mes. ¡Saludos

Lots of room for improvement. UI not intuitive at all. Limits to transactions may take hours, even days before they are enforced. If you must increase your cards spending limits do it well in advance before you need them. Otherwise you may end up like me with a cart for of groceries and not being able to pay at the till.
